Official Rules
ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and its territories to legal United States residents 18 years or older. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Impact Networking, the Sweepstakes judging organization, which are final and binding in all respects.
ENTRY
Your computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology (now known or here after devised or discovered) which may be used by Impact for the purposes of entry tracking.
To enter, complete the customer satisfaction survey on the Impact web site at www.impactnetworking.com/CustomerSurvey. Enter your Preferred Customer ID and click on the Begin Survey button (if you do not know your Customer ID please contact Vicki Panke at Impact Networking at 630.929.5020). Complete each of the five survey pages (Sales, Installation, Training, Service and Supplies). After answering the questions on each page, click on the Continue button to get to the next page. After completing the Supplies page, click on the Submit button to send us the completed survey. Unless otherwise advised on the Impact Networking web site, any other attempt at entry is void.
RULES
Each quarter of 2006, Impact Networking will randomly award an an Apple iPod Nano MP3 Player to a Preferred Customer who has completed the customer satisfaction survey on the Impact Networking web site at www.impactnetworking.com/CustomerSurvey.
Limit one entry per customer. The winners of the quarterly drawing will be posted at the end of the quarter on the Impact Networking web site at www.impactnetworking.com/CustomerSurvey/winners.html. Each entry qualifies for the quarterly drawing for only the quarter that the entry was submitted, except for the first winner. Entries submitted during any quater will be eligible for that quater's drawing only.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.
In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same Preferred Customer ID, the authorized Preferred Customer ID used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules.
